On June 28, 2021, Uncle Dexter's Youth Camp, Inc. was officially incorporated, marking the formalization of Uncle Dexter's dream. The camp aimed to be a lasting institution, dedicated to continuing the profound work of imparting a well-rounded foundation to teens and youth. The mission was clear: to nurture individuals who would grow into productive adults capable of contributing positively to the community and society at large.
Uncle Dexter's Youth Camp, from its inception, was designed to be a haven for personal growth and skill development. The programs offered ranged from traditional outdoor activities to hands-on vocational training, ensuring a diverse and enriching experience for all participants. The camps goal is to provide the services needed in the Birmingham community to draw in youth from various backgrounds and foster a sense of unity and camaraderie.

Uncle Dexter's youth camp is currently located at 1051 Meadow Ln., Birmingham, AL 35228. This is the location of Apostolic Temple Of Praise Church . They are allowing us space to operate until we find a permanent location to set up our operation.

Tuesday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday - Sunday: Closed
